It started with a blank sheet of paper and ended with a completely new machine. The PistenBully 600 is the culmination of design and engineering coupled with the experience gained over thirty years of producing snow grooming vehicles. The standard has once again been set.

A first glance into the cockpit shows what it’s all about. It is about the operator, ergonomics and the workplace – the ideal fusion of man and machine. All new controls; intelligent yet easy to use. A single interface to control all functions via touch screen; easily accessible with one hand. A joystick that mirrors the human hand. A new lighting concept with eight headlamps to provide a flat, broad light field. A specially developed seat. A larger cab with excellent all round vision and a new suspension system that provides exceptional ride comfort and a quiet working environment.

A new engine provides superior torque. A new drive concept is the basis for this new dimension in power. The new PSX electronic controls both engine and transmission as well as portions of the working hydraulics. It is freely programmable using CAN technology and features fault diagnosis. Sensors use contactless technology.

The design of the PistenBully 600 exudes action and energy. To harness this energy a new frame was designed for optimized strength and rupture resistance. Also when it comes to safety, the PistenBully 600 is an absolute innovation. The new impact-proof windshield and the driver’s cab that has withstood a load of up to 15 tons in the ROPS test – it all speaks for itself.
